Terms and Conditions for Delivery

Trion:Z is distributed in the UK, Europe and Middle East by Sales Marketing Solutions Limited.

Trion:Z products ordered through website will only be delivered in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Delivery will be made by standard Royal Mail or DHL during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
We aim to process and deliver all orders within approximately 2-4 working days.

Please note:

• Although we endeavour to deliver your order within the above mentioned times, deliveries may be subject to third party delays
  
• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
  
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched 
  
• We send by recorded delivery so you will be required to sign to receive your order
  
• If an item is out of stock, we will advise expected delivery date by email

Returns Policy

This return policy is valid only for online purchases made at www.trionz.co.uk. Products purchased at retailers are subject to the return policy of the retailer/store from where the purchase was made.

How to make a return

1. Return the product in its original condition.
   
   
2. Product must be returned in its original packaging and are inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are damaged or excessively worn.
   
   
3. Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product.

It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. 


Returning the wrong size

If you ordered the wrong size and would like to replace for an alternative size, you must return the product within 5 working days with the original packaging and enclose £1.50 for postage of the correct size.

Refunds Policy

• Refunds are only processed on receipt of the returned items and subject to the condition they are returned in.
  
• We do not refund or cover shipping charges.
  
• The original cost of the products will be refunded to you within 30 days of return of goods.

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on the contact us page.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched and you will be liable for shipping and handling charges. Returned products must be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
